Our tiffin service is designed to cater to your taste buds while ensuring a healthy and balanced meal. Let’s dive into the details of our scrumptious tiffin offering:

We have 2 options:

Option 1: 4 Chapatis.
Rice.
2 box of vegetables.
Special dish or  Sweet once a week different on weekly basic.

Option 2: 6 Chapatis
No Rice
2 box of vegetables.
Special dish or  Sweet once a week different on weekly basic.

Tiffin Subscription Options:  Trial (1 day) ,
Weekly (5 days), and
Monthly (20 days).

Dinner Delivery: Enjoy dinner delivery between 3 to 9 PM across Montreal Downtown, Cote Des Neige and Parc Extension. For Griffin town deliveries, please contact us with your full address.

1. Tiffin Availability:
   1. Tiffin available 5 days /Week and 20 Days /Month on Monthly plan, 5 days/week on Weekly and 1 day on daily.
   2. Max 3 carry forward in a month, all other cancelled days should be deducted from customer plan.
   3. Any cancellation from our side should be added at the end of the subscription.
2.  Order Placement  / Changes / Cancellation:
   Deadline and Cut off Time
   Ensure timely processing by placing your order before the 8:00 PM cut-off time the day before.
3. Flexibility in Plans:
   For any changes to current orders, skipping a delivery, pausing the plan, or canceling your plan, please notify us before the cut-off time 08 : 00 PM day before the delivery.
4. Possible Delivery Time Variations:
   Please be aware that delivery times may vary by +/- 45 minutes based on traffic, road closures, and weather conditions.
5. Refund Policy:
   Please be aware of our Refund Policy: A cancellation fee of $5 applies to trial orders, and $10 is applicable to all other orders.
6. Delivery Instruction:
   1. No upstairs delivery in apartments. Specify drop-off (lobby, reception, etc.) and preferred notification method (call/text/other as discussed)
   2. We should call 5 min before delivery and send you photo in case it’s not handed over to you by hand.
   3. You should be responsible for picking up your tiffin after our delivery and notification of delivery.

   Please note – we cannot accommodate any preferred delivery time due to our sequential pick-up and delivery system.

3. Weekly Specials: Every week, we introduce a unique and tantalizing special dish to add variety to your palate. From exotic regional delicacies to innovative fusion creations, our weekly specials promise to surprise and delight your taste buds. Examples of past specials include “Veg Manchurian” and “Pav Bhaji. and more”
