What contributes to the extended delivery time range?
Our delivery time spans between 2 to 3 hours, primarily due to the long-distance nature of our service. Although you might be residing in Downtown, Cote Des Neige, your tiffins originate from a different location. The food undergoes fresh preparation and packaging in the afternoon. Our drivers then initiate the delivery from the pickup point, optimizing routes to reach you and other customers within the specified time range. The actual delivery time depends on the number of stops from the starting point to your location. During the trial order, you’ll get a glimpse of your delivery time, and we make diligent efforts to adhere to that range within +/- 30 minutes.
Can I opt for a trial Tiffin?
Yes, we do have trial tiffin.
Why can’t I place the for the same day?
To ensure us to get enough time to manage the orders efficiently, it is mandatory to place an order a day prior (Before 8 pm).
Does my subscription auto renew?
Do you deliver every day or once a week for the whole week?
The food is freshly prepared by us daily and delivered to you every day as per your subscription plan.
Can I order tiffin on the weekend?
No , we are closed on weekends. But we do accept catering orders for weeken
Why do I not see any menu information on most of the kitchens?
Sorry, we do notprovide the exact menu That’s because unlike restaurants we do not have a menu to choose from. The menu for the day is fixed and usually depends on what fresh and seasonal vegetables are available. The menu may also change and hence we do not disclose the same. But we do cover all seasonal vegetables and lentils.
Why can I not get the tiffin delivered upstairs to my apartment / condo?
Sorry, our drivers will not be able to deliver upstairs. Unlike other food delivery apps, we do not charge $7-$10 delivery/service fee and hence, our drivers carry bulk tiffins for delivery. If they wait for elevators or spend more time at stops, they will fail to meet the timing we commit. Hence, we urge you to share the delivery instructions like – “call when they arrive, leave it at the concierge, text when they deliver etc”.. Hope this helps.
Can I get the delivery at a certain time?
Sorry, our drivers will not be able to detour from the given route and prioritize/deprioritize any stop. Our drivers pick up all tiffins and then start the delivery which is the optimized route by the system. Other food delivery apps charge you $7-$10 delivery & service fee and hence, they pick up your food and deliver it to you.
Do you provide customization options?
Yes, we do customize as per needs depending on customer needs and if its feasible.
Can I cancel/pause my subscription for any reason?
Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription with advance notice of 24 hours from your delivery/pick-up time. We will credit the balance amount in your Tiffin Plan. You may use this amount to place an order on a future date .
How can I communicate my food allergies?
If you have any food allergies please let us know at checkout in the space provided, and the same information will be discussed on phone. We should not be responsible for any undisclosed / undiscussed allergy or issue.
