Food Catering and Tiffin Service Agreement, Disclaimer, and Policies
Welcome to Our Food Catering and Tiffin Service. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions that govern the use of our services. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:
1. Subscription Terms and Conditions
Subscriptions:
When you purchase a subscription, you are opting for regular, repeat deliveries as per the subscription plan selected. Subscription durations and delivery frequencies will be determined at the time of order.Skip and Pause Policy:
- Monthly Subscription: You are entitled to a maximum of 3 skips within a month.
- Weekly Subscription: You may skip 1 delivery per week.
- Trial Orders: Skipping is not allowed for trial orders.
- Cancellation of Subscription: You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the refund policy outlined below. A cancellation fee of $5 applies to trial orders, and a $10 fee applies to regular subscription orders.
Refund Policy:
- Trial orders are subject to a $5 cancellation fee.
- Regular subscription orders are subject to a $10 cancellation fee for cancellations processed before the scheduled delivery.
- Please note that no refunds will be issued for missed deliveries or cancellations made after the cut-off time (8:00 PM the day before delivery).
2. Delivery Time and Scheduling
Delivery Window:
All deliveries will be made between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Exact delivery times may vary due to factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and other unforeseen events. Please note that deliveries may be delayed by ± 45 minutes.Order Cut-Off Time:
In order to ensure timely processing, please place your orders before 8:00 PM the day before the delivery. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed for the following delivery day.Flexibility in Orders:
- If you wish to modify, skip, pause, or cancel an upcoming delivery, please notify us before the cut-off timeof 8:00 PM on the day prior to the delivery.
- Any changes requested after the cut-off time cannot be guaranteed.
3. Delivery Instructions and Restrictions
Delivery Location:
We will deliver to the address specified by you at the time of order. Delivery will only be made to safe and accessible locations as agreed upon in advance. The delivery driver is authorized to deliver food to a location that has been confirmed and agreed upon by both parties.
- No upstairs delivery in apartments. Please specify a convenient drop-off location (e.g., lobby, reception, or another suitable area).
- If you require any additional instructions for delivery, please inform us at the time of placing your order to ensure a smooth process.
Safe Location for Delivery:
Food will only be dropped at a safe location provided by you and mutually agreed upon at the time of order. We are not responsible for any issues arising from deliveries made to locations that are unsafe, inaccessible, or not clearly specified.- If you require additional instructions, please inform us at the time of order.
Preferred Notification Method:
Please let us know your preferred method for delivery notification (e.g., call, text, photo or other) at the time of placing your order. We will notify you upon arrival to ensure timely pickup.
4. Food Safety and Hygiene
Food Preparation and Handling:
All food items are prepared, packed, and delivered with the highest standards of hygiene, ensuring safe food handling at every stage. We are committed to delivering fresh, healthy, and properly packaged food to ensure the best quality.
Storage and Handling After Delivery:
Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that food is stored safely and consumed within a reasonable timeframe. We recommend that food be consumed within 30 minutes of delivery to maintain optimal freshness and quality.
- If you are unable to consume the food immediately, it is your responsibility to store it properly to prevent spoilage. We advise storing food in a cool place or refrigerating it to maintain safety and quality.
- We are not liable for any health issues, foodborne illnesses, or food spoilage resulting from improper storage or failure to consume the food within the recommended timeframe.
Late Pickup and Food Safety:
Food left uncollected or stored improperly after delivery may not meet our food safety standards and may pose a risk to health. We are not liable for any issues arising from late pickup or improper storage of food.
It is essential to pick up your food promptly and follow proper food safety practices. We recommend that food be consumed within 30 minutes of delivery. If you are unable to pick up the food on time, please contact us to arrange proper storage until you can retrieve it.
Failure to pick up the food within a reasonable timeframe or store it properly may compromise food safety, and we will not be responsible for any issues arising from these actions.
5. Liability and Disclaimer
Foodborne Illness Liability:
We maintain the highest standards of food preparation, cooking, and delivery. However, once the food has been delivered and accepted by the customer, we are not liable for any foodborne illnesses, allergic reactions, or health-related issues that may arise from the consumption of the food. We recommend that customers with food allergies or sensitivities inform us in advance.Late Pickup, Food Theft, or Spoiled Food:
We accept no responsibility for food that is stolen, spoiled, or compromised due to delays in pickup, improper handling, or food left outside of recommended storage conditions.- If the food is not picked up on time or if it is not stored appropriately after delivery, the quality of the food may deteriorate, and we are not liable for any issues resulting from such circumstances.
- Customers are advised to ensure that food is stored safely and promptly consumed.
Safe Delivery Locations:
Our delivery drivers will deliver food only to safe locations that have been pre-arranged with the customer. We are not responsible for deliveries made to unsafe or incorrect locations.
6. General Terms and Conditions
Safe Delivery Guarantee:
We strive to ensure safe, prompt delivery of all food items; however, we will not be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic disruptions, road closures, or any other external factors beyond our control.Food Quality Guarantee:
We maintain the highest food quality standards during preparation and delivery. Once the food has been accepted by the customer, we are not responsible for any further quality issues, including spoilage or deterioration, unless caused by a delivery error on our part.Agreement Acknowledgment:
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this document. You accept responsibility for timely pickup and proper handling of all food deliveries.
