Refund and Resolution Policy

Food Order Discrepancies
Should you receive a tiffin meal different from your order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us promptly upon identifying any errors in your order.
For credit card transactions, we will initiate a cancellation of payment for the erroneous order and then recharge the corrected amount. If your new order surpasses the value of the incorrectly received tiffin meal, you’ll be required to cover the difference. Conversely, if your new order is of lesser value, you’ll receive the balance as credit towards your next purchase. In certain cases, we may provide a store credit.
Food Dissatisfaction
Refunds, complimentary tiffin, discounts, or replacement food can be arranged for orders with errors such as wrong items or omissions. However, refunds are not typically granted for personal taste preferences.
If 25% or more of the food has been consumed, no discounts, refunds, or store credits can be issued. Additionally, if the food has been tampered with or its origin cannot be verified due to repackaging, discarding, or other alterations, no refunds, discounts, or store credits can be provided.
Cancellation or Skip Delivery
Cancellation of a subscription plan is handled on a case-by-case basis, with a standard $10 cancellation fee applicable for discontinuing the tiffin subscription plan.
The refund processing time is estimated at 5-7 business days.
You have the option to skip or postpone your delivery with a prior notice of at least 24 hours. However, cancellations are not possible on the same day as your order or if the delivery is en route. If the driver has made reasonable efforts to contact you after arriving at the specified location, you may not be eligible for a refund.
Stolen Food Package
We regret to inform you that we cannot assume responsibility or offer a refund or compensation if, with evidence of delivery and adherence to your delivery instructions, the package is stolen or picked up by someone else. In such cases, it is your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements for delivery.
Pickup after Delivery
Please pickup your food asap after delivery to customers provided safe area. We should not be responsible for stolen food or spoiled food due to weather conditions or condition beyond our control.
